Hopefully this summer allows you time to rest, relax, and recuperate. But it also provides a season to grow, improve your walk with Jesus, your health, or your relationships. This week Jay provides a Summer Growth Worksheet as well as a set of reminders on what sets us up for successful transformation. Remember the following:
- If you have too many goals, you’re more likely to fail across the board.
- An end of summer goal should be challenging, but reasonable.
- Your goal should consist of daily (or multiple) very doable baby steps.
- Reward yourself every day you take your daily step.
- Find a partner or family member to share your plan.
- Success gives momentum for success.
